From a production volume of approx. 500,000 meters per year, the purchase of your own roll forming machine begins to pay off economically.
Strip thicknesses between 0.1 mm and 5.0 mm can be processed without problem. Thinner and thicker strip thicknesses must be more closely considered on a case-by-case basis.
Strip widths up to 1,200 mm can be processed without problem.
All known ferrous and non-ferrous metals can essentially be formed as long as a certain level of material brittleness is not undershot.
With Dreistern this is always an option. We will be more than happy to ask one of our customers if this can be arranged.
